Since 2001, La'Tasha Agnew became the Founder, CEO and president of N.L.A. Management Company, in Lawrenceville, Georgia. La'Tasha Agnew, develope a successful business plan to help unsigned artists receive record deals, promotions, and bookings. In 2005, La'Tasha Agnew became partners with John Emason.
